Getting Involved
A Living Feast Collective co-op incorporates Charlotte Mason’s principles throughout the day: in our Morning Time assembly, students begin a co-op day by listening to nature lore and memorizing scripture together.
Students then move on to the Feast Cycle portion of the morning, where they participate in Artist and Composer Study, Nature Study, Folk Dance, Brush Drawing and Poetry in short, varied lessons.
After a shared lunch, the students break for recess. Older students participate in thirty minutes of Shakespeare study before all of the students return to their classes for an hour unit study.
Each co-op operates with three four-week units in the fall and three four-week units in the spring. A Living Feast Collective co-op is parent-led and requires parental participation from each family.
Our co-ops are designed for students from kindergarten though high school.

As we are based in Charlotte Mason’s philosophy and methodologies of education, we strive to practice those in our co-ops. While it is not necessary to be currently using or familiar with it, we ask that each family has a willingness to learn the Charlotte Mason philosophy and a readiness to implement the methods in your homeschool.
We are a Christian organization, and though we have members in many different denominations, we only accept professing Christians who will uphold traditional Christian values and agree with the Nicene Creed. Co-op classes may not teach specific church doctrines or anything concerning political opinions.
Our co-ops are in high demand and there is generally a waiting list. If you are interested in starting a new co-op with our help, please CONTACT US to get started on that process.
Applications are able to be submitted before May 1 each year.
